Click the link to your Pure Chat dashboard and get ready to chat! ## FAQ ### Do I have to install any extra software? No, just this plugin. ### How can I change the appearance of the widget on my page? You can change all your widget settings from your [Pure Chat dashboard](https://app.purechat.com/user/dashboard/). ### What pricing plans do you offer? Your widget can display an offline indicator, disappear entirely, or let visitors email you with their questions. ### Can I temporarily remove the chat widget from my site without losing my settings? It uses Javascript, so that is heavy weight. I do like the dashboard and mobile app, no issues with those.
